on measuring and improving performance. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, is certified as a AchieveGlobal trainer and certified in ROI (return on investment) training evaluation.

Phil Townsend works as a highly motivated software engineer and graphics professional, Phil offers more than 14 years of experience that spans the full range of software development, enhancement, and modifications for highly visible systems, applications, and programs. His experience includes web, desktop, mobile and GIS development. He has over three years of experience with native iOS mobile application development and verifiable results provided by positive reviews and application downloads in the Apple App Store. Though his primary focus has been native iOS development, Phil is also experienced developing apps for the Android platform, complimented by a long history as a Java developer.
Lydia McDonald has worked in production on a multitude of fronts - as a radio DJ, a copywriter and editor, an internationally published author of feature articles in popular outdoor magazines. Lydia has done a wide range of voice-over work and content editing for courses on Medical Compliance, HIPAA Regulations, Lab Compliance, and Sexual Harassment.
Candice Baldwin excels at capturing a client’s goals and values in order to tailor training and educational resources to meet their specific needs. With ten years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, she has created successful, customized workshops, eLearning courses, and talent development programs. Candice holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Candice is certified as a DDI and Franklin Covey trainer and a Human Capital Strategist (Human Capital Institute).
Brenda Korte specializes in the assessment of medical technologies for decision making, with 18 years of experience in research program administration and medical device development. She spent 13 years at the National Institutes of Health, where she established and managed the Point-of-Care Technologies Research Network and created a range of technology development initiatives aimed at improving health care access and healthy independent living. Prior to her program management role, she worked as a Senior Researcher specializing in patient monitoring and anesthesia delivery. Brenda has experience in program planning and evaluation, technology assessment, workshop development, group facilitation, and scientific review. She has experience establishing multidisciplinary collaborations with government agencies, research institutions, industry, professional organizations and clinical and user groups. Brenda received a Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder.
